She is the founder and leads offline training sessions (LIBDO Women School). In 2024, following the popularity of her videos on TikTok and Instagram, she launched an online course. In addition to teaching and conducting workouts, she sells Kegel muscle trainers produced by the Russian company Pelvicmed on website kgoal.ru for Russian customers and on Amazon/kgoal.com/pelvicoach.com for Europe and America.

Preparation for the Online Course

To ensure a high-quality workout, please prepare the following:

Workout Space: A clear area in front of a mirror.
Clothing: Non-restrictive leggings, preferably low-waisted, made of thin, elastic fabric that feels like a second skin.
A comfortable workout top.

Equipment:
A thick gym mat (ideal size: 36″ x 72” or 180×90 cm).
A blanket or bedspread (you can also have two knee pads).
A towel.
A bottle of water.
A vaginal simulator (find on Amazon).

Note: During menstruation, exercises are performed without a simulator.
