Common Negative Feedback & Our Responses

Below are some common concerns raised by students and our response to them.

❌ “So it’s mean that’s all we got with the online course!

Why I paid for course while she post more on Instagram for free!”

❌ “The exercises were too difficult for me at first.”

✅ Our Response: IntimFlex training activates deep pelvic muscles that many women haven’t engaged before. It’s normal to feel disconnected at first, but within 3-4 sessions, your brain starts building muscle awareness. If you’re struggling, we recommend starting with smaller movements and focusing on breath control.

❌ “The trainer kept slipping out during workouts.”

âś… Our Response: This is a sign of weakened pelvic floor muscles, which is common. Strength takes time to develop. Try lying down when inserting the trainer, activating it only when standing, and using progressive exercises to build control.

❌ “I didn’t feel immediate results.”

âś… Our Response: Like any fitness program, pelvic floor training requires consistency. While some women experience noticeable improvements within a week, others may take a full month to see significant changes. Trust the process and commit to daily practice.

❌ “The video instructions weren’t clear enough for me.”

✅ Our Response: We continuously work on improving our video tutorials and explanations. If you feel lost, reach out to our support team, and we’ll provide additional guidance and personalized tips.
